Felix Haas

Felix Haas holds master's degrees in physics from the University of Potsdam and the German particle accelerator DESY, and in mathematics from the University of Münster. He later completed coursework at ETH Zurich to qualify as a Swiss Actuary (2021).
He began his career in 2013 in management consulting at Synpulse, before moving into the insurance industry in 2016 with Swiss Re. There, he took on a variety of roles with a strategic and commercial focus, frequently operating in a deal environment. At iptiQ by Swiss Re, he held commercial responsibility for a country market and subsequently took ownership of the division's European M&A activities, alongside leading various commercial and project management teams.
Felix went on to gain further experience in the start-up world at discovermarket and continued working in M&A and capital advisory at Rock Lake, before joining Gut Corporate Finance in 2026.
Born in Berlin, Felix holds Swiss and German dual citizenship.
