GHP has streamlined its shareholder structure and acquired the remaining 30% of Razzia Kultur AG. Thanks to the new, lean shareholder structure, decisions can be made and implemented more quickly. The Restaurant Razzia, which is run by Razzia Kultur AG, has been transformed into a new concept, which, with its new décor, addresses both the past and the future. The old has been combined with the new and staged in a sophisticated way. Now the interplay of culinary delights, hospitality and culture can be experienced in all its facets in the former cinema.

Gut Corporate Finance AG supported the owners of GHP in this transaction as financial advisor. The mandate included project management, valuation and transaction structuring.
